Yes, all our consultations are conducted online and remotely. Many of our advisers work from home and will likely continue to do so in some capacity post-COVID-19.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2019 our business has made the decision like many to only conduct meetings with our clients initial remotely via a video call until restrictions ease and we return to a new normal.
