The online coaching I found is very easy with the after project .

I found it hard before joining with loosing weight and keeping track of my workouts,
But with the after project I've been able to keep track of my workouts and take videos send them to my trainer as it's happening.

The app is easy to use and very helpful.

I would definitely recommend the app and my personal trainer to friends and family.

Before working with The After Project, I struggled with making muscle gains, and was not confident in my exercise form. I quickly learnt about nutrition, better form and that I could push myself much more than I currently was.

The online format with The After Project is perfect for a busy individual like me where I can communicate asynchronously.

Having The After Project accessible at a message away meant I could send an exercise video to get a form check or ask any question I wanted.

Very proud of what I’ve managed to achieve in the last few months and it is absolutely all thanks to Gabby and The After Project. Before starting with Gab, I knew nothing about nutrition and had no interest in training. Under his guidance I’ve come to learn so much about everything I eat and the little tips and tricks to make my favourite meals far healthier. Having Gab with me this entire way has encouraged me to set ambitious goals and tick them off one at a time when I never would’ve got there myself. I’m down 8kgs in a few months and building muscle at the same time, feeling a lot more comfortable seeing myself in a mirror too.

For most of my life, I've only been able to either gain weight, or briefly hold myself at a weight before going up. Gabriels' nutrition and workout plans enabled me to realise the value of what I was (and wasn't) eating right, and to actually lose weight for the first time. I went from 107 to 94kg - 13kg lost!

I'd recommend Gabriel as an online trainer as you get weekly check ins - either through a video or a phone call. First question Gabriel asked me was 'what do you want to achieve?' This enables him to get you "the After Project" - personalised plans tailored to what you need to do to achieve your goals. Gabriel is a man who's extraordinarily understanding and approachable, and a great companion to people who want to lose weight, gain muscle and get good nutrition. Very recommended!

I am incredibly grateful about my experience with the The After Project!
Previously, I was struggling to grasp the significance of macro nutrition and training, constantly guessing and lacking a solid plan. I always struggled to gain weight even though, I thought, I was eating a lot. It was a frustrating and uncertain journey.

I've always been the "skinny guy". I joined The After Project to gain muscle weight, something which has always been hard for me.

Training and fitness has always been always so daunting, and I was nervous to get too close to the culture for fear of being judged. But Gabriel has given me the structure, accountability, and (most importantly) positive encouragement I needed to start hitting my body goals and improving my self-image.
He didn't even ask for a review until he'd proven himself over 3 months of working with me!

really good results, really supportive coach, lots of knowledge. Only shortcoming is the App's ease of use - e.g. lack of skip/seek function for videos in app, lack of replay function/pause rewind.

lots of manual selection for dates, work out data entry, etc does not automatically populate some intuitive dates e.g. when entering weight measurements doesnt open under current date by default, or draw weight data from external linked apps like myfitnesspal.

takes a little playing around over several weeks and months to learn functions - been using 9 months and still dont know all functions.

I originally joined the program to get stronger for a novice powerlifting competition.

Now I have completed two comps and gotten PBs on all my big lifts under Gab’s guidance.

Most of the time when I follow a program, I end up stagnant or plateauing. With Gab there has been constant growth in regards to my training with form and strength.

I’ve definitely learnt a lot from him.

Would recommend Gab to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey!

Personal Trainers

Gabriel was a very professional PT whom gave me all the tools I needed to succeed in my goals.


He catered my program to fit my circumstances and what tools I had. I wasn't pressured to join a gym and eventually bought what I needed for home which wasn't much at all.

He cares...... A LOT!!! If you show you want to achieve your goals, you will with Gab. His weekly and random check ins with you keep you in your toes and are refreshing.

He is genuine and very knowledgeable not just for his workouts but food! Ask him anything! The amount of content he has about food and portion sizes are amazing and it's always up to date.

You will ALWAYS hear from Gab from the after project, he is always there for you, so be there for him, do what you gotta do and you will achieve your goals!

I’ve had a really great experience since joining the after project 3 months ago.
One of the things I struggled with prior was consistency when It came to diet and gym. Gabriel would follow up with me if I missed a gym session or wasn’t reaching my calorie goals which gave me the accountability to push harder which I was lacking prior.
In December last year I found myself not comfortable with my body and decided it was time to try something new to lose some excess weight and build muscle at the same time. I found this to be tricky to navigate by myself in the past but with Gabriel’s help and the easy convenience of the app I’ve managed to lose 6 plus kgs, gain lean muscle and drop from 16% body fat down to close to 10% in only 12 weeks.
I’ve managed to do this without giving up my social life and still having the beers on the weekend. With Gabriel’s help I’ve managed to find a good balance by tracking my calories and macros. I haven’t stuck to a strict boring diet but have mostly kept myself within my daily calorie range while not giving up all the foods I enjoy.
I highly recommend giving the After Project a go, it is surprising what can be achieved with the guidance of a professional.
I’ve found Gabriel to be extremely friendly and approachable along the way which is why I’ve decided to stay in the program for the next stage which will be to build up muscle now that I’m at my ideal body fat percentage.

Had a plateu in lifts and weight loss after a couple years of self training and nutrition.

Got in contact with Gab at TAP for guidance. Gave me very clear instructions on workouts and diets, removed the guess work. With my own experience and input, there was very little trial and error. Results were noticeable in the gym and in the mirror.

Lost about 6kg in BW, improved SBD PRs.

Would recommend if you're unsure of your weaknesses in your lifts and kinda confused with the whole nutrition thing

I had tried to put a programme together myself but couldn’t stick to it & my diet wasn’t the best.
I’ve known Gab for a while & seen the results he’d produced so it was really an easy decision when I decided to do something serious about my fitness.
The programme he set up for me was just what I needed. He spoke with me to find out what I wanted to achieve & how I wanted to go about it. He’s with you every step, checking in weekly & always there to answer questions you have about the work outs or diet.

Before working with Gab I was struggling to monitor what I ate and consistency of eating well. With Gabs help I was able to change my diet and consistently lose weight over 12 months. Since joining the program I have lost 11kgs.

Personal Trainers

When I started it was a bit of a change, however Gabriel really has experience and understands what he is doing. Every week I was being checked on and meeting my required needs and even made a diet focused around my goal, Gabriel setup up custom workouts, food plans, and even activities for home. Before I started Gabriel’s program, I had a really difficult time with losing weight and staying consistent in the gym. On top of that, I had no idea what I needed to do/eat to lose the weight and my workout routine wasn’t working for muscle growth. I researched many PTs before choosing to sign up with Gabriel. I knew him from a previous PT company and after seeing a post about him working with a soccer player to increase their strength, I was confident he could help me with what I needed.

Normally I am pretty active with playing tennis, running, and gym workouts but I always wondered if I was doing the right exercises, (and doing them correctly), to get the results I needed. I felt like I needed someone to talk about fitness with and know that they had the information (or the ability to find out). I also wanted to be accountable for my fitness and the weekly check-in call is perfect to keep me on track.

Since joining the program Gabriel and I have had lots of discussions about what injuries/weaknesses I had, what goals I wanted to set, and the type of exercises I am familiar with. We discuss everything from lifting techniques, nutrition, supplements, and stretching .......he is happy to chat about it all. Overall I feel much stronger, my body is leaner and I am keen to keep going to see what more I can achieve. I am more confident in the gym now and love taking time for me to work out.

I would highly recommend Gabriel as he is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really listens to what outcomes you are after.

I was reluctant to commit to any PTs to get me back on track after a couple of years of bad habits, a gruelling work schedule, a growing family and purely the lack of time doing what I like to do, which was being active. It was in my head all along! And the fact of the cost also put me off PTs I spoke to.
I know I can do it myself but when you are stuck you are stuck so I decided to go with Gab and see how I go.

I saw a lot of my peers and sporting mates going through with Gab and decided to commit. Gab was fantastic to work with, always available and provided solid motivation to keep me on track and getting my good habits back, both in food and exercise. The app is great and the key word here is 'accountability'. Everything he does and the app does makes you accountable!

I lost approx 13.5kg in 13 weeks with Gab and it wasn't just because I followed the process, it was the guidance Gab did above and beyond -- he never rests and always responds.

Now I feel much better with my habits and gain the positive dietary habits back in my life and most importantly seeing more sustained energy and enjoying my life with my family on top of a busy work schedule.

Give it a go, even if it is for a period of time. Sad to say 16 weeks will be enough for me but it is safe to say, Gab can help you reach your goals small or big. So I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a goal to achieve with their fitness and life habits.

Gab was excellence in portraying what was required to reach my goals I had set for myself in the 3 month program.

With Gab he gave me all the tools and information to achieve in fitness. With gab I lost close to 6kg and gained a tonne of strength in the process.

Using the online programs is very straight forward and assists you along the way. If you do have any questions Gab is quick with his responses and critiques on form and movement specific questions.

If you buy into his system and update him frequently with videos and constant updates with progress, there is no limit to the potential Gab can help you with.

Would recommend him to anyone trying to achieve a fitness goal or just get healthy in general.

Working with gab was beyond my expectations!
He listened to what I wanted to achieve and understood what I was running with (home gym)
He tailored a program for me to gain more strength and getting some higher number on full body exercises like squats and bench press
We achieved this and I ended up doing the most weight ever with a decent amount of reps that I have never done before while doing less days, 4 days training instead of 5/6 like I was originally doing !!!

Absolutely loved the program. Prior to starting I struggled with weight loss and maintaining it as I turned to fad diets and extreme measures to lose weight fast(ie. starving myself). This always resulted in me binging soon after, and putting on double the weight. I always thought I couldn’t eat certain foods and that healthy eating generally meant boring bland chicken and that’s it! Not to mention the only exercise I would do was running because I didn’t know how to confidently do many other exercises and felt embarrassed at the gym. His program was effective in helping me not only lose weight and tone up, it became a lifestyle choice rather than a chore. With clear guided instructions on how to complete the exercises, assisting me in counting my macros, educating me on healthy food choices (which were always yummy!), along with regular check in calls to ensure I was staying on track, Gab’s program was the ongoing support and guidance I needed to help me make better choices and achieve my goals long term. Before working with Gab, I really struggled with motivation for the gym. I thought I had to be smashed to achieve success. This resulted in my body hurting all the time. I also really struggled with my food, I tried my best to "eat healthy", but I didn't know what healthy was.
Since teaming up with Gab from The After Project, I look forward to going to the gym. The workouts are tailored to my ability and what I want to achieve. I am lifting weights I never thought would be possible. My body is never sore and I have a lot more energy. He has taught me how to be accountable with my food and I can honestly say now that I understand what "healthy" is.

I joined The After Project when physically I was quite worn out. Didn’t have much physical strength particularly in shoulders and elbows. The physical trainer understood the positives and negatives of my body and accordingly set up a fitness routine as per need and strength of my body. The first thing he suggested was cutting down on the fats I was consuming and having a more balanced diet on a daily basis. Before going into weights training, the physical trainer figured out my weaknesses and what I needed working on. The free weight exercises helped strengthen my muscles and joints. In between regular weight checks were done.

Once I reached to a level where I could handle the weights, I started with small weight and in between if I would experience any discomfort in shoulders or elbows, that particular training program was taken off and replaced with something that my body could manage. In this way slowly but steadily I kept improving and started regaining my lost power, got great shape along with it came a great deal of positive energy and great confidence.

After few months I noticed that I have been able to achieve such goals which I thought wouldn’t have been possible for the rest of my life. Thanks a lot Gabriel, my physical trainer who is not just very professional but is also very smart in understanding the needs of a body Besides he is a very courteous and a friendly man.

I first joined with Gab in December 2020 as I was looking at starting to get in shape and develop strength. Having no prior experience with ever going to the gym Gab was very patient and taught me the basics from scratch. I started working with Gab in April 2021. From the get go he made the whole online personal training so easy for me. Very dedicated trainer with easy to get along with attitude.
I’ve always done some weights but with little knowledge or technique. Gab was able to immediately find my flaws and eliminate them, showing me correct lifting techniques with instant results.
My personal goal was to gain more mass with overall body physique. That was accomplished but one area in particular was my legs. Great results and went from hating leg exercises to absolutely loving them.
I couldn’t recommend Gab enough and only for a huge career change and emigration on my hands he would still be my PT.

Personal Trainers

After 5 months I had added 25% strength on bench and 30% on squats and deadlifts and I also a few KG lighter than when when I started. I've had a home gym for years and tried lots of methods myself, but with suboptimal technique in lifting and diet I just wasn't making any progress at all. Gab put together a weights and diet program that fit around my schedule and kept modifying it over those 5 months to keep it interesting and to find new gains. I hired The After Project and lost 20kg at the age of 42 while battling major health issues in 6 months. This may appear to be a simple task! But I assure you that it was not the case! I am a middle aged lady who had a middle age spread around my tummy but NOT ANYMORE. Since I started training with “The After Project” I’ve never looked back. I lost 9kgs., thanks to a high protein diet that Gabriel suggested and encouraged me through. I have built strength, toned and I now have more energy than ever before. Before I started training with Gab I didn’t really know where to begin with my weight training or diet plan. I wanted to put on muscle but didn’t know anything about how to go about it.
Since starting training with Gab about 5 months ago I have seen a lot of progress and couldn’t be happier with my results. Gab is a great trainer who is very encouraging and positive. My previous gym attempts had been lackluster, inconsistent, and full of mistakes that ultimately, led me to cancel my membership time and time again. Since starting with the After Project, my knowledge of fitness has skyrocketed which has helped me to gain confidence. It has helped me to be the most consistent I have been in anything I have ever done, and it helps that Gab is only a phone call away to ask questions or to show him my form and progress. I have gotten results in both physique and strength which I have never seen before, especially in my squats, bench press, and back exercises. This program has helped guide me on my fitness journey, and is a great tool for anyone who wants to take their fitness goals seriously. Before working with Gab and the after project, I had struggled with staying consistent with the gym and dieting and would always question what I was doing and change things up if they didn’t start working straight.

Since joining the project I have seen great results. My goal has been body recomposition and it’s been great to have someone like Gab with me every step of the way, roadblock after roadblock (and there has been many!)

The main things I have learnt from Gab would be to trust the process and stay consistent. I have been able to strip body fat as well as put on muscle and I am currently looking the best I have in years! With more to come, I can’t wait to see what my ‘after’ looks like.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, he has a great understanding of the biomechanics of movement, and has been able to break down my movement patterns and determine what exercises to do and what muscles need strengthening to optimise my form and muscle growth. I really love his attention to detail, his passion and the individuality of his programs. A lot of trainers will put their clients on a very standardised, basic program but that is never the case with Gabriel, he showed me exercises I’ve never even seen before and is continually tweaking things and adding exercises to help me achieve my goals and keep things fresh and unique to me. His understanding of anatomy and what it takes to reach that next level of fitness are second to none. I have already recommended him to many family and friends and will continue to do so. I can’t recommend Gabriel highly enough the man knows his stuff... before starting with Gabriel I was doing keto and struggling with my energy, gab started me on flexible dieting and a workout program designed for me and everything changed. I have lost over 12 kgs in 5 months and gained some good muscle and strength, I have never felt like I was missing out on the things I like to eat or inhibit my family life.... Before my first session with Gab my exercise routines were cliche, moderately effective and lacking in motivation. In our first session, he sat me down and asked me what were my weight goals, what body parts did I want to grow and what muscles did I want to strengthen, among many others. After our first session, in full-detail gab had created for me a tailored meal plan and full program of exercises that were catered to what I wanted to improve in my body and my sporting career. I love getting transformation results out of people because I get to see not just the physical changes in people but the mental change, the confidence, increased self esteem and seeing them become happier makes me happy that I made a difference to their lives. I also love the challenges each individual brings which require all different solutions in order for me to help get them their transformation.

I wanted to teach people that you CAN get the balance between enjoying the finer things in life and being fit, healthy and strong. You just need to know how, and thats where I come into it!

Because I talk the talk and walk the walk. I have achieved results that you want to achieve both in myself and in clients I have helped. I’ve gained over 20kg of muscle since I started from when I used to be very skinny. I’ve also been overweight previously too where I was at 117kg then lost 25kg. If you checkout the photos I have uploaded you’ll see that I’ve helped clients pack on muscle and lose large amounts of body fat too. I’m a natural bodybuilding champion and powerlifter too so if you want to gain muscle, lose fat or get strong they’re my specialties. As well as that I’m an exercise and sports scientist so I am great with rehabilitation work if required too.
