I have always had a massive passion for fitness and health, but it was when I discovered strength training that the game changed. ​ I discovered how to properly FUEL my body, how to OPTIMISE my training for the results I desired and ultimately how to make this a LIFESTYLE not a chore.

I tried out Tays 2 week free trial and it was really good! The workouts were super fun and I really enjoyed it. But I decided to stop there because I thought it’s a bit pricey for me as a student. However, I was later convinced that I should be investing in things that will make me a better person and help me grow. And so I continued! I do not regret it, I’ve learned a lot. She’s such a nice person and was able to adjust the prices and the program a bit to fit my situation. I guess my main take away from this was that she really helped me get into the mindset of making it a lifestyle. Prior to taking her training I was limiting myself to 1000 calories to help me lose weight. And I was scared to eat food sometimes. But after this program I feel like I’m at a much better place mindset wise, especially with my relationship with food. I now understand that I can still lose weight while not starving. I also saw some really good progress with my upper body! Which was something I needed help in training. Highly recommend her!! More...

Personal Trainers

I have been trained by so many PT’s and i was never motivated as i was with Tayla. She was very friendly and very supportive throughout my 6 months! She always checked up on me and always motivated me to work harder on myself and reach a new pb (personal best) every week! Was the best motivating friendly environment everytime i trained with her! I have seen a lot of progress in my body and i am super happy with my results! Tayla helped me with my food choices and taught me how to be more mindful of what i am eating and still enjoy a drink on the weekend, and now it has become more of a lifestyle for me. Training with her was the best decision i have ever made! I highly recommend Tayla for anyone that is needing help in setting targets, work life health balance,because her knowledge and her spirit with help u reach your goals! More...

Taylah has such a positive vibe and is incredible at encouraging you to achieve whatever goals you want to seek.
