We settled our home loan with Leif in early August this year. In the tail end of a pandemic, we weren't sure how the market would react and if we could even get a loan, but with Leif's guidance, the banks had about as much chance declining us as the Death Star had against Luke Skywalker! It’s a tough financial market in these Covid affected times & Leif went into battle for me! The initial home loan pre-approval wasn’t easy but he didn’t give up & streamlined my input to minimise the to and fro between the banks to get me the best deal possible. Leif managed our refinance application and was an Oasis through what was a very drawn out settlement process with one of the big 4 lenders. We found Leif to be very genuine, professional and always went that extra mile to help during the cluster of miscommunication and mismanagement by our new lender. Fortunately, we ended up with a sharp rate and Leif promptly organised our cashback which always helps to forget about the past!
