What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can help people make improvements in their lives, to their emotional well being and also that I can support them in achieving their goals. I also enjoy meeting so many different people from all walks of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because of my passion to empower others. After many years in education, working with families (which I loved for many reasons), I wanted to be able to support people of all ages and to do it in a way that offered me the flexibility to take care of myself too. Having my own business means that I can use my creativity, skills and expertiese in different ways.

I am committed to providing a quality service and I believe in doing so by utilising the skills and knowledge of my clients. I believe in a strength based approach because this is what ensures that individuals grow and change in a sustainable and longlasting way.

Couples counselling $180/hr
Helping couples deal with communication issues, processing past incidents, strengthening friendship and intimacy and managing conflict.
$180/hour ($195 after hours)
Individual counselling $160/hr
Specialising in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, NDIS, addiction, emotion management, parenting challenges.
$160/hour ($175 after hours)
Specialised counselling from $160/hr
Qualified and experienced to work with neurodivergent adults, teens and children. Helping people with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and challenges with emotion management. NDIS participants welcome.
$160/hour (individual) $180/hour (couple)
