Our online service include our quoting process. We use google earth, realestate.com and google maps to view your property, measure the required service areas of your home and provide you an accurate, competitive quote.
Roof Cleaning
Smashwash uses a SoftWash method to clean roofs.
This method kills mould/lichen and removes dirt/debris whilst maintaining roof and paint integrity.
Average roof clean price = $500-550. Our quotes are calculated by square area of the roof. All our roof cleaning quotes include solar panels and gutters.
Window Cleaning
SmashWash takes a meticulous approach to cleaning windows. Trained professionals at SmashWash use specialised tools and solutions to remove dirt, dust and debris from window tracks, seals, panels and frames. Our process includes a solution application, commercial grade steel wool scrub, mop, squeegee and detail to ensure your windows are clean to an above average standard. A keen attention to detail is important at SmashWash, we aim to provide unobstructed views and leave your residential or commercial property with spotless windows.
High Pressure Concrete Cleaning
SmashWash uses a pre/post treatment method on concrete/tiled/aggregate surfaces to remove mould, algae, dirt and debris.
A pre treatment application of sodium hypochlorite kills mould and algae whilst loosening dry dirt from the surface. High pressure equipment is used to completely remove all foreign/organic materials. A post treatment of sodium hypochlorite is applied to the surface to leave a like new look and kill any remaining mould.
Solar Panel Softwash
Your solar panel are designed to operate with a direct, clean surface. Even the slightest layer of dirt or mould could be limiting your solar efficiency. SmashWash solar softwashing uses a method involving the application of environmentally friendly chemical solutions and high pressure equipment to remove all debris. our process leaves your solar panels looking like new and maximising their effectiveness to your home.
