I needed to locate a reliable and forthright WordPress Developer to assist with the recovery and repair of a business WordPress site that had failed and was inaccessible.
It was obvious from their first contact that they were NOT the “run of the mill” developers that had learnt their trade from "the Idiots Guide to Web Development", and I've dealt with my fair share of those!
Surprise was the reaction when I found myself receiving a call from an NZ number but talking to Charles, without the need for a NZ/AU translation app, an Aussie living in Paradise!
Next came comfort & reassurance after explaining the issue and being advised that it should be an easy fix and, if that was the case, no payment would be required.
The issue was fixed within half an hour by the SURGEFEED technical team with the site then available for the world, or those interested, to see, and will now guarantee follow-up PAID work that will be immediately required to update and maintain the site.
I am sometimes asked, by disgruntled clients, if I can recommend a good Web Developer and will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SURGEFEED!
