Virginia is a qualified Personal Trainer specializing in pregnancy and post-natal training and does Personal Training and Small Group training in the St Kilda East, Carnegie and surrounding suburbs.



She is also an Aerial Instructor and Dancer and spends most of her time upside down than the right way up, which we think gives her a great perspective on life!

Firstly, we set realistic goals for the client, then we plan out each step to reach those goals. While we are working towards the clients goals I keep them accountable between sessions so they stay motivated and get results.

Hard work and dedication. You can achieve great things when you focus and take it one step at a time.

I love helping people first and foremost. I also love seeing the immense changes in my clients happiness and strength it motivates me to keep working hard also.

I have wanted to get into the Fitness Industry for many years, when I lost my corporate job two years ago, I took that leap, got my qualifications and haven't looked back since.

My approach to health and fitness is to become the best version of yourself you can be. I place a lot of focus on mobility/flexibility training as that is your foundation for a healthy and well functioning body.

Services

I offer Personal Training services in the St Kilda East and surrounding suburbs as well as online via Zoom. I can offer 1-1 or small group training and can help you reach your weight loss, strength, flexibility and mobility goals.
I also offer coaching and training services for any sport specific goals that you may have.
