How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Firstly, we set realistic goals for the client, then we plan out each step to reach those goals. While we are working towards the clients goals I keep them accountable between sessions so they stay motivated and get results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and dedication. You can achieve great things when you focus and take it one step at a time.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people first and foremost. I also love seeing the immense changes in my clients happiness and strength it motivates me to keep working hard also.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have wanted to get into the Fitness Industry for many years, when I lost my corporate job two years ago, I took that leap, got my qualifications and haven't looked back since.
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach to health and fitness is to become the best version of yourself you can be. I place a lot of focus on mobility/flexibility training as that is your foundation for a healthy and well functioning body.

I offer Personal Training services in the St Kilda East and surrounding suburbs as well as online via Zoom. I can offer 1-1 or small group training and can help you reach your weight loss, strength, flexibility and mobility goals.
I also offer coaching and training services for any sport specific goals that you may have.
