Strength and Motion Academy

When I started this year I had a goal in mind. To regain strength lost, walk better as I have a prosthetic leg and improve my daily living. SMA has paired we with a fantastic coach, Lauren is encouraging and driven to help me achieve my goals. SMA provide an environment that’s open, uplifting and comfortable to attend.
