Want to help people be in a better situation than where they are currently. Having the flexibility to help people if one institution was not able to fit their requirements.

We take to time to ensure any questions are answered and if not getting the understanding explain a different way until the information is understood.

We have clients that have moved to other states, they have enjoyed our services so we assist them remotely. A lot of the services we use are now electronic so the documentation is sent to your phone to complete. We still like to complete Face to face interviews through the computer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are able to complete face to face interview through the computers to keep the personal connection. I connecting through the computer better than just talking on the phone as seeing someone give you more trust through their body language.
