Unreliable and no integrity

Purchased a home which settled 1st December 2020. Have only just received retention funds after a window failed to be fixed in the agreed time frame for the held funds. Was continually convinced by statewide to give the previous owners more time to complete the job. Then when the job was eventually completed the tradesman caused further damage to my property.

Statewide also incorrectly read body corporate documents that showed there was outstanding levies to be paid so when I paid my portion at settlement they were dispersed to the wrong person. And now I am being forced to pay them AGAIN out of the retention money that I have received 9 MONTHS AFTER SETTLEMENT for a statewide mistake. Zero integrity. Do not recommend. More...
