Having known Daniel for a number of years, it just made sense for me to reconnect with him after my recent diagnosis of MS. I took myself to Sydney for 10 days, where I have been having treatment to assist and empower me to continue to lead a full life. In the short time, I have come to a clearer understanding of my body and how by creating new habits, that the body is able to do amazing things. The visible and psychological affects have been remarkable, where the results are speaking for themselves. Some of the symptoms I was experiencing before this trip included: interrupted sleep, sore joints, unease in walking (limping), numbness in my hand, urgency to go the bathroom, premenstrual symptoms, and blurry vision (especially with bright lights and screens). Since I began treatment, my sleep has improved 100-fold. With the correct exercises my joints are feeling a sense of relief. I am adjusting my body into a place where I have seen an increase in mobility, the numbness in my right hand has gone from no-sensation at the best of times, to feeling some (often regular) sensation (and I can’t wait to pick up my guitar, and get back to what I love). The ‘sudden rush’ to go to the bathroom, and the ‘accidents” I have recently experienced are disappearing, and I have more control of what is occurring within my body. My vision too is showing some improvement, with my eyes only really tired in the evenings. I know that I am getting on in age, but I have been in awe of what my body is doing, and is capable of. I am excited to see, where this journey take me and am positive that through these new habits ‘change will happen’. Daniel’s gentle approach made me feel comfortable in asking questions, confident in his work, and I started to gain more knowledge and understanding of living with MS, and that ultimately the body is able to heal itself with the right habits and mindset. “Grateful for this investment in my health journey” More...

Dr. Daniel’s offered me a unique treatment when every other doctor and specialist we visited at the time suggested that surgery was the only option. From our first Skype session, we were able to see visible results. Daniel always explained everything very clearly, in an easy to understand way and had the answers to any questions we asked. This was the only type of care that we got results from, all the other doctors we had been to only examined my spine and x-rays and suggested surgery. It has been amazing to see my curve reduce month after month from easy to do postural/behavioral changes and I would really like to thank Daniel for his amazing work! More...

If faulty habits are kept, it doesn't matter how much exercise is done, your scoliosis is likely to stay the same or worsen/progress.

It is imperative that people with scoliosis have their habits analysed to save time, money, and the risks associated with surgery.
