I completed 3 life design sessions with Ale after returning to work after I had my first child. I was flailing and feeling like a failure as a professional and as a mother and wife.
Without the work I did with Ale, I'm not sure where I'd be now.
The work is 30% discovering who you actually are and learning how to work with the strengths you have (rather than being annoyed you don't fit everyone's mould), 30% very helpful structures and tools to help you start living your best life and 40% Ale being honest with you about the fact that it's your responsibility to define what you want and then do the work to get it.
The work is ongoing but I wouldn't have gotten to a place of balance and confidence personally or professionally without the crucial Life Design work I did with Ale. Without questions the best money and time I ever spent.
