Janeen Vosper works with small business owners and professionals and to improve their presenting skills in the workplace and for stage in Brisbane and throughout Australia.
For over 20 years, Janeen worked as the General Manager of Sales for a successful multi-million-dollar, national supply business. As GM, Janeen had plenty of hands-on experience coaching high-performing, commissioned-based sales teams. Assisting her team in setting unbeaten sales records thus creating exceptional incomes.

Wanting to share her expertise with sole traders and small business owners who aren’t achieving the results they desire, Janeen established her training business, Speech Perfect in 2007.

Combining her success in sales and as an international speaker, Janeen now provides a wide scope of training for all sizes of businesses. Her goal is to provide individuals with the skills to speak with a confident voice and the words to share their business story with credibility and conviction and become the voice of authority in their industry.

A voice so her clients can confidently sell their ideas and have the know-how to speak with influence in front of any audience to establish and advance their personal brand authority.

Her method of training and coaching is to inspire top results through implementing time-proven techniques, clear communication, and a laser customer focus.

As well as continuing with her, mentoring groups, private coaching clients, seminars, and conference presentations, Janeen continues to sit on many not-for-profit boards.

Not content to let the grass grow under her feet, Janeen is also the host of the We Are Women Podcast and Mastermind Group.

From an Aerobics Instructor to General Manager, Janeen’s extensive career working across multiple industries led her on a road of discovery with the clear purpose to identify the principles that embody a confident persona.

Having presented workshops on topics of her expertise in many countries around the world, Janeen has also represented her country at POWERtalk International speaking contests. From Alaska to Japan, New Zealand to Hawaii, and around Australia, audiences have described Janeen as “brilliant, powerful, and informative”.

Janeen believes, there is no doubt that the key to success in any business is to be able to speak with confidence and purpose…to possess the ability to Step Up to Stand Out.

She knows how difficult it can be to take the steps needed to gain that feeling of unquestionable confidence. Janeen has been there and has vanquished those negative voices we all recognise. Voices that endeavour to hold you back from believing ‘You are good enough’.
