Life has taught me that there are things in life that we can control, and some that we just can’t.
Different challenges in life can weigh us down from time to time which prevents us from living life we want.

“Your wound is probably not your fault, but your healing is your responsibility”.
We always have the power to choose if our life experiences will hold us back or if we will move forward.
When it comes to make meaning out of life experiences, we always have a choice.
The most important choice is to be committed to show up to our life-every day, no matter what it takes.
