Awesome service, nothing is too much trouble for these guys. My wife wheel chair broke down, and without a blink of an eye the maintenance guys fixed it for her in a flash. What more can you ask for, incredible. More...

Upon our arrival there has been a mix up with the booking, Laura on reception was exceptional helpful. She was able to sort it all out within a short amount of time, this was followed up by a complimentary drink in the bar and a further personal note and a bottle of champagne and chocolates left in our room. stayed there 1 night and it was perfect. the staff were so helpful and friendly. our room was beautiful with a great view. we were given a complimentary bottle of champagne and macarons. the buffet breakfast was lovely too with heaps to choose from and the view was really nice to look at while we enjoyed our breakfast. every staff member was so polite and eager to help us with anything.
