What do you love most about your job?
One of the best aspects of my job is helping someone move into their new home. From the look on their excited faces when they open the door to helping them set up their home just the way they like it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This was a back packing job for me. The hours were good and I got to finish early and enjoy the afternoons. I quickly saw that this industry has a lot of scope for improvement in service and professionalism. I drafted a business plan, set my goals and began Smoothmoves.

Increased our high standard of cleanliness. Masks are worn, trucks cleaned after each job and new boxes are used.
