Q&As

Seeing people transform into happiness and confidence.

I have my own story which is filled with trauma, misery, and long time depression. It has inspired me to use my natural talent to help others. That is not to say that I use my experiences and expect others to have similar experiences, but that I can tunnel that creativity into curiosity about people.

They should choose me for my particular experience in relationship counselling, trauma including EMDR and help unpack their story to make sense of it.

I can provide telehealth through google meet. I've tried zoom and facebook messenger, but found google meet seems to have the best reception.

I will not see unvaccinated people face-to-face. I have, so far, been able to avoid getting COVID and will continue to use this policy.

Services

I deal with a wide range of issues, especially in relationship counselling. This includes parenting, helping couples to reconnect after an affair, addressing imbalances in relationships, reducing arguments and fighting by helping with more effective ways to address communicate effectively.

Men need a different set of skills in today's world and today's relationships. I help men with porn or sex addiction, high libido, anger, depression, anxiety, and stress.

Trauma is difficult to live with and retains you in the same place in time as the traumatic event. It stops you being able to learn resilience. I use EMDR to help those with trauma to overcome the traumatic experience, to free you from trauma's grip. EMDR is not an easy therapy but is very effective. I love to see people come out of their trauma to go on to live a happy life.

This therapy would not be best practice for those with personality disorders due to the secondary trauma that could result.

I will take you on a journey of self-exploration, investigation, reflection, offering different perspectives and to help you see things in a new light or things as you haven’t seen before. If you’re ready for positive change in your life and ready to try new things, I will gladly guide you on your path.
