Q&As

Simple.
We focus only on what is important - what are your goals, and where are you now?
When we know the answers to those questions it's simply a matter of applying ourselves.
I write you a custom program based on your current ability, training experience and lifestyle. We set clear targets, and you get to work.
We make sure you are getting optimal nutrition intake - to support your health, and to maximise the results from your training.
We check in every week, make any necessary adjustments, rinse and repeat.

No secret unfortunately ?
Fortunately the way there is simple:
- Program to improve performance (strength, fitness)
- Nutrition to support training progression and prioritise _health_
.
Some tips:
Over-eating will not build more muscle...
Starvation diets will not reduce body fat long term.

I get to see people improve beyond what they thought was possible.
I'm humbled that people trust me to help them achieve something that is really important to them.
Also I love to see my clients walk around with jelly legs after training :-))
Also I love to laugh at them while they are dying in the middle of a set. Is that being too honest?? :)
It's a lot of fun, and it's rewarding for me to see people achieving and being proud of themselves.

Freedom to do things my own way.
I'm accountable to my clients and myself, no one else.
Whether I succeed or fail, it's on me :-)
So far so good ?

The fitness world can lack integrity at times. There's a literal sea of trainers and product slingers all trying to make a sale. Whether the intention is good or not doesn't really matter - what matters is your health, and getting the results that you are paying for.
I've been training myself since 1999, and I've been lucky enough to have had some amazing mentors during that time.
I will say this: the gym is one of the few relationships in life where you get out exactly what you put in... The trick is to be putting your effort into something effective ?
That's what I'm offering - to give you the tools and the direction.
You must do the work - make sure that its work worth doing ;-)

YES - I've spent the last two years recording and publishing exercise demonstration videos and now have over 100 how-to vids on my YouTube channel.
These integrate into my training app which will tell you exactly
- which exercise to do
- how to do it
- how many sets
- how many reps
- how much weight to use
There is no point having a coach if they give you vague instructions - you are after a specific result whether it be strength, sport specific or body composition. Specific results are achieved with specific methods.
I'm active on Instagram & Whatsapp, and I'm open to other platforms of communication if you prefer.

Remote coaching kind of takes that out of the equation, but I will say that taking steps to improve your health and your immune system is ALWAYS a good idea and still will be when COVID is long gone.
