Their staff are friendly and helpful. I have asked them to strip and seal the floor for the venue at my workplace. We didn’t happy with the first time result but they are very responsive and arrange a second visit to solve our concern.

we had three rugs two persian and a giant grey ruh that the kids absoluetly enjoy, they were able to bring them back to life and were so easy to talk to on the phone aboyt treatment options. it was so worth it, we have had them for so long, the large grey rug we had was oytside for a year, we didnt even unroll it before they picked it up, it was dark, wet and smelled, the way they brought it back it was literally brand new. amazing service 10 oht of 10. thank you!! Sensational carpet cleaning stripped and resealed an Amtico vinyl floor and the results blew me away. After the heavy floods/storms in Sydney a couple of weeks ago, my carpets were damaged with water coming in from under my surface and also leaving a bad smell. I called a few cleaning companies but they weren't really prioritizing the job and tried to overcharge given the demand that week. I then found Sensational Cleaning and gave them a call. Ali took his time to speak to me and understand all the deatils of the damage to my carpet even though it was a Sunday and he wasn't in the office. He knew I wanted someone to clean it asap given it was my bedroom so he arranged a time for the next day. The cleaner was very professional, on time and did an efficient and excellent job. He also ensured the problem area had more attention and work. The cleaner also was assuring and asked me to call back if the smell was still there after a few days to go over the problematic area again. They were honest and took the time to understand the carpet issues and resolved the high impact damage. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and referring to all my neighbors and friends. Best part was they also did not overcharge like some others did during the high demand period when Sydney was affected by storms/strong winds.
