SCY 247 is the most welcoming gym.
There is such a mix of fitness, but the classes cater to everyone.
It’s not intimidating and the trainers are so friendly, but also there to help you achieve your fitness goals.
I would 100 per cent recommend joining, I’m glad I did :)

A well equipped gym. The trainers will push you but in a supportive and motivational way, the classes cater for all fitness levels and they proactively offer modifications if required. It’s pretty fab !!!
