Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Will never buy from this co again. I emailed and complain about the packaging was damaged, the face cream had been used, there was about 9/10 in the jar. It’s Payot and it comes in a silver box, the box had clearly been opened previously and it was covered in dust. Can provide photos if needed. I bought the Tom Ford Perfume & there is a smell for a few seconds & then no smell at all. I wish to have a refund of this purchase & advice on how to return this product. I received my order within a few days, which was great. When I opened it I realised one of the items I ordered wasn’t there, but a different product instead was. I contacted Customer Support and Jessie was fabulous. Customer Care is absolutely amazing, responses to my emails were within minutes. the team and especially Jasmine went above & beyond to assist. I received a faulty item which was immediately replaced, sent express post. One item wasn't sealed (came from the supplier like that, not from Oz Hair) and it was amended immediately. I purchased the BaByliss Hot Air Styler and I wanted to love it, however after trying it once I have found that the product isn't suitable for me. Before purchasing the product I read their return site which states "We gladly accept returns on products that you have purchased from us, as long as it is within 120 days", and I made the purchase on this basis. Unfortunately their website is misleading, its not until you read the fine print that it says hair appliances have to be unused and unopened. How are you supposed to know if you like the product unless you sample it? Such a waste of money and now stuck with a product I wont use. Purchased a H2d straightener, delivery was fast but I’m not satisfied with my purchase at all. The cord is about the only good thing about it. It works but not very well. Doesn’t straighten the ends of my hair at all. My hair gets caught between the plastic and the ‘infrared” plates and pulls all my hair. I don’t think there should even be plastic on a straightener? It’s made to look like chrome but isn’t. I was so excited reading the reviews and i never spend this much on myself.
