What’s your signature dish?
We Specialise in serving the best of West Australian Produce. Sustainability and Fresh Produce excite us! Our famous Burger with Margaret River Black Angus Beef, Indian Ocean Rock Lobster and Tempura Shark Bay Prawns with a creamy garlic sauce and kimchi coleslaw sums us up in one Bite.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every time, we discuss the ideas that the client has regarding their event. We offer them the best of seasonal produce, with classic dishes sometimes with a modern take. If Budget is a concern we help by offering only what can be achieved.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people for sure, but creating new ideas, and fulfilling dreams comes a close second.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We don't want to take short cuts. We see the currency in food and how it can bring people together. That should never be cheapened, or given little thought. Making people smile with good quality, affordable, fresh West Aussie produce is just the best job in the world.

We believe that we can take the time and show attention to detail for events big or small. Keeping within a Budget, yet still delivering quality. We are a small family run business, with almost 20 years providing food here in WA.
