What do you love most about your job?
Our entire team here at Safeguard Collection Services are very passionate about what we do and strive to provide each client with a personalised experience. Safeguard Collection Services was established in 1993 as a family business on the Gold Coast. Although we have grown over time and employ more in-house staff, we proudly remain very family orientated and passionate about debt recovery. We want each client to feel we are an extension of their business, working with them every step of the recovery process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Director found in working with other Collection agencies that their approach was very systematic and rarely individualised to each debtor. She believed that there was a better way to deal with debtors non-identical situations. There is no one debtor the same and we believe there is no one approach to suit everyone for the desired outcome (i.e. payment!).

Safeguard Collection Services offers all services mentioned to our clients Nationwide. Specialising in New South Wales and Queensland matters. With our streamline processes there is no need for our office to physically be in your area of business. All of our matters and procedures can be processed remotely.
Debt Recovery
We strive for 100% success rate in recovery of your debts, basing our methods on personal contact with debtors by telephone, email, social media, SMS messages and more including field calls if requested.
Legal action
Legal proceedings will be treated as a last resort unless original instructions require otherwise.
Legal efforts under $25,000 is commenced in-house for efficiency and to allow costs to be kept at a minimum for you.
We work closely with Solicitors should your matter be above this amount.
Our office handles most legal matters no matter if you have already commenced legal efforts yourself.
Process Serving
We have in-house experienced process serving agents should you require this service for any matter with or not with our office.
Field calls
Have an amount owing and not sure if your debtor/s are still at the address? Not a problem. Our experienced service agents will make a home or business call to confirm this for you.
Skip searches
If your debtor is a “missing/skip” do not worry. Safeguard invests in various search engines to assist us with the location of debtors. As these search engines have become very costly, there may be a fee involved with these searches. Please contact our office directly for costings.
