Welcome! I am a registered Arts Therapist and Counsellor in Sydney, committed to supporting individuals in their health and wellbeing journey. Arts Therapy offers you an expressive language that can be used alongside talk therapy, or as your sole form of communication within the therapy space, and can be a powerful tool in finding new ways to make meaning of the concerns or challenges you may be faced with. I provide a person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed approach to adults facing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing, grief and loss, general anxiety disorders and depression.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or trauma that may be related to past experiences, traumatic events, or disruptions in life. During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues you are facing together through art making or talk therapy, and collaborate to create a plan and set goals for your therapeutic journey.

I use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach with expressive arts therapy to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions. In your first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, and what you're hoping to work through. Creativity is used throughout your journey, you will get the chance to use different mediums, and sessions may include movement, mindfulness and talk therapy.

You might be wondering, What if I'm not good at art? Not to worry! The purpose of art therapy isn't to be good at art, or at any creative expression at all! Art therapy is for everyone who feels like would like access to a language that does not rely on words alone. If you have questions regarding your specific concerns, please contact me via email.

As an integrative and expressive arts therapist and counsellor, I aim to provide you with a safe and supportive space, whilst being an empathetic and curious guide along the way. I offer art therapy and counselling sessions in-person and online via zoom, as well as art therapy groups in-person. I'm currently available Friday and Saturdays.
