Had the best time last night at the Elsa and Olaf night. Could order my meal on arrival to come out the same time as my daughters after the show. Was well organised for the multitude of adults and children. On arrival was shown our table and the space where the show would be. Was advised that kids food would start coming out at 6:15 we received ours at 6:20 so no complaints there. Would be going to the superhero one too if it wasn’t during a time I worked. Terrible Service. Was at a party on the weekend. My son was scalded and bailed up in the corner by a senior waitress because another boy was kicked in the face by him. He has ADHD and Anxiety and looked so terrified trapped in the corner outside the playground with the other boys family members table cornering him in, all scowling at him. Turns out my boy was sliding down the slide and the other child decided to climb up the slide. I then tried to call the Robinhood to get a better time to call the Senior waitress and was offered to hold (it was 5.45 on a Monday night so wasn’t expecting to talk to here then and there), I was planning on offering my feedback that the treatment of my son was not appropriate nor necessary and that it would be best only to address the parents to sort out - or get a qualified room supervisor for the play room - which I believe is excessive). I was on hold for around 10 minutes and could hear every word at the other end of the line - which conversations were not very professional. The senior waitress then came to the phone talking to the girl who answered and asked if the caller (me) had said why I was calling , and that she “might be in real trouble now” she then said she’d take the call in the other room…. Waiting… no one returned to the phone and there were voices saying “has she hung up yet?”. I was only calling to offer feedback - but now I will never return to the Robinhood - the whole experience and poor attitude of the staff (who were extremely blunt and rude to us the entire party). 0 stars!!!! From the call to book to the end of our meals the service was absolutely amazing and the food was perfect. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us.
