ZOOM ROOM TESTIMONIAL Appox two weeks to go into a 12 week challenge (which was my first) saw many gyms restricted to numbers and then close. Panicking I was as I was starting to see myself being able to to change some very ingrained habits but not sure how to continue without my new found - in person - Fitfam. Due to the commitment of the Fitfam Matriarch’s, they didnt let me down as they found a way to interact and motivate online. It wasn’t all smooth sailing as I learnt how to limit noise levels not to wake family members who slept while I worked in the rumpas room or navigate the family cat/dog who if they didn’t move off the yoga mat would be used as weights! It became a new norm of way to work out but a work out you did get even if not in the same room., because you couldn’t hide from the eagle eye of the trainer for at every session there was a real person pushing you and checking your form. Zoom room does work as I’ve kept the 6ish kgs off I lost prior to this pandemic but have continued to loose another 4ish kgs because I wasn’t given up on by my Fitfam Matriarchs (Trudy Shaz Ella Kelly) !! To the future gym which I believe will be a mix of ZoomRoom & brick and mortar - a new normal-Thankyou for your burpees! More...
