Glenn is awesome. He helped get me back on track to a healthy lifestyle and lose some COVID lockdown cuddle. He’s super knowledgeable and experienced in movement and fitness, and is generally just a top guy to workout with.
You gotta try his massages...magic hands! I’ve always had problems with tight hammies and back pain...he’s the only masseuse to really release them and help keep them that way.
