Rechenberg Security & Locksmiths

We chose Rechenberg for our home security monitoring and to retrofit of our alarm system to have 24hr monitoring capability. Rechenberg were far from the cheapest quote we got but went with them because of their customer service and because they have staff who actually called back and sent quotes and details when they said they would. The technician had some technical issues which caused the install to run longer than expected but kept us in the loop and explained everything. He was also on time and was extremely professional and courteous. We've now been with them for around 6 weeks and have been contacted by the monitoring centre for a system reporting fault which was picked up on and rectified quickly. The monitoring room staff were also very good to deal with and guided me through the process. We would highly recommend Rechenberg to anyone for their security needs. More...
