This will be a private session with you and your trainer. Each session will be tailored to your specific goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle toning, recovering from an injury or training for that special event.

With one-on-one personal training you will you get the full attention of your trainer on establishing or modifying your fitness program, keeping you motivated and providing nutritional guidance.

Small Group Personal training, also known as Group Personal Training, is perfect for those who want the benefits of having a personal trainer but at the shared cost of training in groups of 2 to 4 people.

We offer a personalised service to our clients with sessions that are tailored to all fitness levels and age. Perfect for the family, friends or work colleagues to train together.

Delivered by a Semi-Professional Footballer, Razzler will advance a players skill development through specific and personalised sessions.

Sports and conditioning, dribbling, passing, striking the ball are all aspects of the game that need to be practised and mastered, with the right coaching, mentors and environment that offers correction and feedback in order to advance your game.

These sessions are designed to concentrate on the individuals' needs, in addition to incorporating small game-like situations.

This option is a great mix of individual attention and small group coaching for players looking to compete with one another, which will result in greater growth. Groups can be made of team-mates looking to work on a specific tactical aspect of play, or just to develop some football specific attributes.
