I am a trauma recovery specialist offering a new and highly effective approach for trauma recovery called Practical Trauma Informed Treatment (PTIT), (trademarked by me Yildiz Sethi). Each session with may cost more than a regular counsellor or hypnotherapist, but as a specialist in my field, the overall cost is highly cost effective is requiring few sessions for each complex issue, for most of the people I see.

What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for helping myself and others live the best life they can live. I enjoy assisting them in self healing and discovery of themselves in ways that are fast, deep and gentle
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to find really effective ways of helping people to change patterns that they appeared to be locked into. This set me on a journey of discovery, learning and sourcing and creating more effective ways working with the mind.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you have already tried a range of counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and alternative therapies and still find you need help then you may find what you require with me. I offer a short preparation session for those who would like to discuss their symptoms with me to see if we are a good mach prior to deciding if they would like to see me. Emotional Mind Integration
Emotional Mind Integration is a Trauma recovery modality founded and trademarked by me. It is EMI PTIT-P Emotional Mind Integration Practical Trauma Informed Treatment for personally acquired trauma. It is a way of working with triggers, mind states, emotional states and for most people personally acquired trauma in only a few sessions. Typically 2-4 for most. This is designed to be safe, deep, brief and effective.
I offer sessions and packages online and in person and training online. I am the founder of Emotional Mind Integration and have registered trademark Emotional Mind Integration.
