Really amazing trainers. I looked everywhere as I’m very picky with PT, and I have a past injury that needed rehabilitation as well as general post-covid fitness and strength work. I was looking specifically for somebody who provided targeted functional training, not just 30 mins of push ups and burpees. My partner and I are training together. We had our initial consultation with Yuan, who presented a really solid knowledge of anatomy and movement and the assessment was very customised for each of, both in strength & fitness, and abilities. We now train with Nathan every week, and have already seen amazing results at the 6 week mark. I can see abs in the mirror! I’m also much fitter and stronger, and Nathan adjusts the workouts each session to keep pushing, but at just the right level. We have also had a session filled in with Rory and he was fantastic as well. I feel like we are in really good hands and I’m looking forward to the next few months! The communication is really fantastic, every Wednesday we send our preferred times for the coming week. This means I can constantly adjust to my busy work and family schedule without fuss. I've been training with Nathan from push the ground away training for over a month now doing personal boxing training which I thoroughly enjoy Nathan has a good knowledge of boxing for a young man and his teaching & communication skills are amazing teaching me correct techniques of boxing & helping me improve and I feel I'm improving after every session with my speed power & footwork he is always encouraging & helping me improve every session & I leave every session learning something new keep up the great work Nathan

One on one Training Sessions
Simply you and your trainer, with sessions design specifically for you and your level of fitness.
For maximum benefits, I recommend the 60 minute session. Alternatively there are 45 or 30 minutes sessions also available.
ONLINE Training
Just as we were training face to face, I will deliver the session at your time of convenience through video call.
We will do weekly follow ups and I will guide you through out your journey.
