Boxing
Our boxing sessions also include kickboxing using Hand pads and kick-shields. There is no physical contact with your training partner. We work on balance , speed and power throughout the session.
Weight and Resistance Training
We supply all weight training equipment, ranging from dumb-bells, medicine balls, ab rollers, aqua bags, fit-balls, resistance bands and battle ropes.
Fitness Assessments
We run regular fitness assessments, so members can review their progress throughout and adjust their fitness exercise as required.
Cardio
Our cardio classes are tailored towards leg strength and speed and is used in conjunction with our kickboxing exercises.
Stretch and Flex
Our stretch and flex exercises are designed to assist members before , during and after training sessions. Thus ensuring suppleness and reducing the possibility of injury.
