I started working out with Prestige about 8 months ago and noticed an immediate difference in how my body felt, and that only continued to improve over that time (even with a global pandemic thrown in there more recently). I've never felt more comfortable than I have in this gym and under the programming and training guidance of Isaac and his team of trainers. I teach yoga as a big part of my work and have a hyper mobile body so the training that Isaac programmed for me has been instrumental in bringing much-needed stability back into my body in big ways, and easing some ongoing issues I've had from previous injuries. I've loved being able to build strength in my body in a safe and sustainable way, knowing I'm completely taken care of, and feel amazing within myself as a result. Not only that, the community of the Prestige Fit Fam has been so beautifully welcoming from day one, where I've been fortunate to find and build some great friendships! Amazing playground with every array of equipment you would need from what you’d expect with barbells and dumbbells, to kettlebells and mace bells, monkey bars, prowler sled, rope climb with mat, legit farmer walk handles, gymnastic rings and paralletes, etc etc. Then there is the amazing trainers, each with their own specialty. A very knowledgable and approachable bunch, each with somewhat of their own speciality and all of whom are super welcoming. To top it all off, it has towels provided, 24hr key fob, an open Spotify app, and all in a spotless environment.
