About

I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on knowledge from several evidence-based modalities such as Positive Psychology and Solution-Focused approaches to help enhance well-being and influence individuals to make positive changes in their lives. I integrate person-centered, existential, psychodynamic, solution-focused, gestalt and narrative modalities. I work collaboratively with clients to determine the approach that best suits their needs. I believe the client-counsellor relationship is key to a clients therapeutic growth and offer a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their difficulties in-depth and begin to increase their self-awareness to enable change and personal growth. I offer professional and confidential counselling services for individuals, families and couples experiencing low self-esteem, social and emotional issues, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, difficult life-transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, parenting issues, workplace stress, interpersonal communication and assertiveness.
