We’re here to help you achieve your running goals! From running your first 5k to running 100k+, head coach Sam Stow knows how to get you there! We have a range of services and are passionate about making running something you love and help you get to where you want to be, with training, strength/mobility and technique instruction.

Work 1:1 with one of our coaches with a personally written program specifically for you to get you in shape for your chosen goals, whether a 5k, marathon or ultra. Delivered in Final Surge training app, and augmented with our training app for strength and technique.

Personalised technique instruction. If done in person includes analysis using ARION Run sensors and our advance Trueform treadmill. Can also be delivered via virtual video call.

Includes gait analysis and instruction around specific areas to help you be a more efficient, resilient runner.

Use our advanced coaching software in app to create your own personalised training plan for your next even from 5k to marathon.

Includes heart rate guidance and in-run commentary to coach you every step of the way.

Also includes technique instruction and functional strength and mobility to help you build your most capable running body!
