David and his men made moving easy!! I was so traumatized by my past experiences. Moving house was one of the most stressful events in my life. However David and his team changed my perception of moving. Moving Interstate between two cities is a pain in the neck with all these rules relating to lifts, loading docks, time restrictions etc. David and his team kept reassuring me that everything will be fine and they just carried out such hard work with light spirit. They did everything for me, disassembled and reassembled my furniture, set up my washing machine and put everything in the exact places I wanted them to be, all done in a timely fashion as well which absolutely made my day!!

Beautiful, polite, careful and fast! I couldn't ask for anything more!

4 BR Townhouse on 3 levels.
The crew consisted of David, Johnny and Tommo. I booked them at short notice, I was told they would be there at 7am. I got a call from the crew at about 6:50am to let me know they would be there by 7am. Turned up at about 6:58. All the guys introduced themselves first.

They set about cling wrapping everything that was to be moved. Blankets and cling around anything vulnerable. Truck was filled and on route by about 8:30am. Admittedly we had cleared a fair amount of the movable stuff already but all the big/heavy stuff had to be moved. No damage, to walls, doors, banisters or anything else nothing forgotten, nothing lost and everything put in the right location at the other end.
Although Tommo doesn't talk much :) the guys were friendly, professional and polite - questionable taste in music.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. We are building a new house and in 12 months time when its time to move in we will be asking for David, Johnny and Tommo again.

Adesn, Roni and Alaxe were really professional for our move from Sydney to Newcastle.
They showed up on time and with a bigger truck than expected. After quickly assessing, they went on with the move and were so efficient at carrying and organizing stuff in the truck.
They put extra care for the more fragile items and made sure to be as fast as possible.
On the other end, the unpacking was also super efficient and nothing was ever a problem.
A third removalist was also added for the same hourly rate, which made the move even faster than initially quoted.
The final price was great for the quality of service that I've received.
The plastic boxes that came as part of the move package were also of great use.

My original Removal company in which I made a Interstate reservation about 3 weeks ago cancelled on the day of my move which left me in tatters, I was literally struggling and my anxiety soared significantly, up until I found Taz from Polaris Removals!
