These guys were an abolsolute lifesaver for me yesterday. I had travelled 2 hours for job interview in North Sydney, when 10 minutes before the scheduled time, I arrived to an empty and locked office. A quick call discovered a mix up of dates on their behalf. It was easy enough to switch to a video call, but hard to find a suitable location so I wouldn't annoy everyone in a cafe. Plus it was a job interview, I needed to concentrate! They had a super quick payment and check in process, great internet and rooms, happy staff (sorry I didn't catch names I was in a tizz), and even a celebratory CocaCola for after the interview. What do you love most about your job?
I find it an absolute privilege to help our clients. I appreciate your information is sensitive and when you a purchasing a home for you to live in there are a lot of emotions at play. I ride the journey with our clients and get excited when we can make the dream happen. It is such a rewarding job. As rewarding as it is, it is also incredibly challenging. Dealing with lenders can have its own frustrations but I have built up exceptional relationships with our lender partners which results in some great outcomes. Whether it is for purchasing your first home, upgrading consolidating debts or helping your business get out of a cash flow concern, I love the challenge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a broker due to a bad experience with one. I was not kept up to date, I felt silly for asking questions and I ended up following up with the bank myself due to the lack of communication and understanding of the process. This inspired me to look into this industry and I am so glad I did. I now pride myself on our teams communications throughout the entire process and we guide you along the way.

As a broker we all represent the same (or similar) lenders so I can not offer anything different there however what I can bring to the table is a team that is dedicated and committed to your specific financial solution. We will give you a Tailored Report (your PinkPRO) which is a report that gives you your borrowing capacity, lender options and a detailed analysis as to lender options and also whom we have researched too. Yes we can! We can do teams / zoom service as well. We have an automated and digital process which we can step you through.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have introduced online ID verification services so that ID can be verified remotely should face to face meetings not be possible
We have online fact find, document collection and signing facilities so that we can accommodate digital and remote meetings too. The silver lining of COVID was that the banks now allow this!
