Training Philosophy
I have an infectious passion for health and wellbeing and running (trails/road and treadmill) I completed my studies in Cert 111 and Certificate IV in Fitness, with the vision of running womens workshops and classes, as I believe in the power of movement to help other women realise their immense inner strength.
I live a vegetarian lifestyle and love instilling the benefits of whole real food eating for all my clients. I look forward to be able to help my clients achieve their health, fitness & lifestyle goals.
