One on One Personal Training
We will be working together in a very private studio to create an environment to be relaxed about reaching your fitness goals.
I offer Pin Operated weight systems, Free weights, Balance Training, Core Training, Cardio, HIIT Training, Relaxation and Stretching Techniques.
Family Fitness
I offer a family of 3 to 4 to come workout together. It creates a fantastic atmosphere and family fun.
Most of the routines are created to be done as a group and I offer an individual Initial Assessment for each member of the family or they can come all together in one visit.
