Be careful about what these trainers are actually providing you in terms of your nutrition. These so called "facts' are dangerous and can seriously harm your health. Furthermore not one of these trainers are actually qualified as a nutritionist or dietician.

There group sessions always have the same exercises and are rarely changed in a 12 week period. There is no creativity or originality to this gym.

Finally the head trainer ofter walks in and out of the clients and equipment with breakfast in hand, and often more than not does his own workout when sessions are on. Which is extremely unprofessional. He bullies his staff when they incorrectly get an exercises wrong in front of clients.

Wouldn't recommend this gym, full of fake and dangerous trainers - save your money and look else where.

Before joining PEPT, I was always anxious to join gyms. I was instantly welcomed into a supportive and friendly environment. I have seen major improvements in not only my physical, but also my mental health! All the trainers are amazing, and really want the best for you. I highly recommend PEPT. Skye and the other trainers create a fun, supportive, energetic atmosphere. The workouts are always different and challenging but flexible depending on your fitness level. Very addictive!

The whole team at PEPT are SO supportive. They make exercising fun and achievable for all ability levels. When I started back, it was my first time joining a gym since having babies and everything has been so well planned so that all abilities can achieve their best. Jo is a great PT and the morning sessions with creche for kids makes exercising achievable for Mums with toddlers like me! Highly recommend this great gym. More...

I joined PEPT Narangba about 4 months ago as I had lost my motivation to exercise and eat well and just couldn't get started. Since joining, not only have I reached my ideal weight, I have also seen a huge improvement in my mental and physical health. I started going to PEPT about 5 weeks ago after I saw a post on Facebook. Absolutely best decisions I have ever made. I have some chronic health issues and have felt support and encouragement from first contact. Have tried a few gyms over the years but none have this positive vibe and support. PEPT Narangba is not like your standard gym. The focus here is on community spirit and positive encouragement. This is evident in both the trainers and the people who attend. If you’re looking for a lifestyle change full of laughing, sharing achievements, and general ‘belonging’ then this is definitely a gym worth trying. i have been going to Pept in Narangba on and off for 3 years. i originally joined after I had my 1st baby. i started on a 6 week challenge. where i lost 7kgs. had some time off then rejoined for about a year. then fell pregnant with my twins. so i had to stop going. i have recently rejoined, throughout that time. everytime i have attended a session. left then come back. the trainers have always been super encouraging and have kept my motivation up on days when its a struggle to get there. A HUGGGGE shout out to Jo!! she has always been super friendly and caring and does her very best to get you to your goals set. also the childminding area is amazing. Jade looks after all kiddies so well and i have no worries about leaving my 15month twins and 3 year old in their with her. this is a great place to get back into it, or starting from very beginning. there is no judgy people. everyone just goes at their own pace. i would 100% reccomend PEPT Narangba to my friends and family 😀🤩 More...

Been at Pept for nearly a month and love it as much as day one excellent professional trainers welcoming polite and follow up on our gains nuitrition and always changing routines never boring great happy people of all levels supportive and knowledgeable great value for money with over 15 years in martial arts i needed to find somewhere close to get back to my peak fitness and finding fast progress totally awesome training centre love Jo and Skyes classes huge wrap on this place regards Shane

Super happy with PEPT. The coaching and guidance from Skye is next level- she is a lil legend that greets you with a smile on your way in and makes sure you don’t miss a beat until you walk out. The vibe of the whole gym is something else. Everyone who attends is always in good spirits and push each other to do their best. 100% better than a commercial gym and I wish I discovered PEPT sooner. Would highly recommend PEPT narangba. I've been going for several weeks now and have Skye as a trainer. She is amazing at her job and makes you feel welcome and comfortable every time you go. My experience with pept so far is the trainers are very helpful, if you are struggling with your food intake or have niggling injuries they will provide prompt and helpful feedback to keep you exercising and continue getting gains or loses. The trainers will give you as much one on one time as you need which is a massive advantage. I would recommend this training program to anyone looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Been going to PEPT for roughly 9 months now, honestly used to consider going to gym a chore when i first started, then slowly fell in love with it and now i'm there everyday without fail, but all because of the constant good vibes and effort everyone puts in, it's very motivating but more importantly the amazing trainers, that are always looking out for you and pushing you to constantly do better while also making you feel so welcome! appreciate you guys!! Highly recommend pept Narangba! All the trainers are welcoming and helpful with anything, whether it be diet or proper form of an exercise. Found PEPT about four months ago, fairly nervous on my first session, however the support and friendly atmosphere is addictive and makes you keep wanting to come back for more. The results are noticeable and you are always kept on your toes guessing what the next session will have you doing. Big shout out to Skye and Jacob for all their efforts. I just love these guys 🥰 I'm in to week 6 and 2.5 kilos down and muscle strength up 👍I go 4 days a week (5 this week) and I just love how much I've improved. I'm making new friends and everyone is so friendly. It's that good I got my daughter and son in-law to join and my daughter in-law too. It was a bit daunting to join at 57 but so glad I plucked up the courage and did it. Best thing is all ages are here and no one judges you. I ❤ it. This wonderful gym has changed my life. I joined this fabulous establishment on Tuesday 4.5.21 and I have not looked back. There are no mirrors, no negativity’s, only motivating coaches, great nutrition and friendly and warm members. The classes are great fun. I made a commitment to myself that I would attend 3 times per week. The only time that I have not attended was during lock down. All the coaches really know their job and they advise you if you are not doing any of the exercises correctly. They are constantly encouraging you to ensure that you do not give up. I will be honest when you first join, it is tough but they understand how tough it is as they have all been where we are in the beginning. I encourage anyone, you may be deliberating about this gym, make an appointment and go and have a chat to Mitch. There is no sales pressure or gimmicks, or false promises. If you put in the work, I can assure you that you will see the benefits and results to your health and fitness. Give it a whirl, what have you got to lose. I have been going to Pept Narangba now for at least a couple of months. And every session I attend makes me feel like it’s a challenge that I need to achieve. And I feel great afterwards. Skye has been a great support and keeping me motivated. Not only during the class but also outside. She sends me messages to see how I’m going and I say this in a positive way, kicks my but when I don’t come to class lol. My days to weigh in is a Saturday which I generally join in the morning class with Jo. She also reviews my results each week and shows me what I have achieved and gives me pointers to work on. All the staff are friendly and supportive. I know I haven’t achieve much in the weight lose but because of the staff at pept. I feel I have achieve a bit more each day by going to class. I went from being someone who slept every afternoon to someone who goes to gym every afternoon, who would’ve thought😂 100% couldn’t recommend PEPT enough! The staff actually care and look out for you! Due to surgeries and related problems my body became quite inflexible. 5 weeks into training and I am able to accomplish way more than I thought possible and I am actually enjoying the classes. No one judges you and everyone supports and encourages each other.
