What’s your signature dish?
My specialty as a chef is to source the freshest ingredients and produce dishes that celebrate authenticity and quality. I have learned that whatever you do, you do it from the heart.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu begins with a conversation with the client. After that, I connect with my suppliers and source quality ingredients. I work with seasons and as I develop a menu, I also develop a wine list that compliments each dish.
What do you love most about your job?
That I go to someone's place and through sharing my knowledge of food, I transform their day into a memorable experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the independence and the creativity that private dining offers. It's both exciting and a privilege to meet different people and cook for them
