Peak Fitness has a very big gym space, a great variety of equipment for strength training, cardio and CrossFit. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t crowded and would highly recommend.

If I can recommend the perfect gym it is Peak Fitness hands down! I have been in CrossFit gyms for the last 6-7 years and have never came across a better gym like Peak. For me, what stood out the most is how much of a variety Peak Fitness provides. I loved the classes, but if you just wanted to train by yourself and do your ‘own thing’ you have that opportunity. They have spin classes, boxing, CrossFit classes, machines and amazing coaches to help all your needs. Whether you are a beginner or advanced they are able to accomodate for all levels. You always walk out of Peak feeling like you have accomplished something! The community that has been created within peak is very kind, humble and something I will miss moving away to Canberra. If you are thinking about starting up at a gym, you’re new to the area, or just looking for a place to train, head down to Peak Fitness and try them out! You won’t be disappointed :) More...

In the last year or so I have been so motivated. This due to Team Peaks online programing, in gym workouts, the staff and their guidance and training, and friendships made at Peak. I am loving learning and attempting more to challenge myself. As a novice to fitness competition, all the staff encouraged my friend and I to enter our first ever competition, Proving Grounds. Peak were awesome in supporting us, teaching us about competition and the standards required. Proving Grounds was my 'big scary goal' and I'm so glad I committed to it. It was such an awesome experience and atmosphere. It's not just for the elite. Id recommend entering it! Even as a novice. Thank you Team Peak for all your support. More...
