Procut are a terrific team.

We had a monster lemon scented gum that was dropping very big and dangerous limbs over summer.

Eventually got a permit to remove from the very slow and tricky Boroondara council.

Alex climbed like a spider, Brett Sherie and Monique worked away at clearing the cut timber and Mark craned great sections of the trunk. Matt grinded the stump, and the very dangerous tree is gone, to the great relief of all in the surrounding houses.

These guys are probably the best in their field. They removed a big camphor laurel and a small liquid amber at my place for less than 2 hours! The whole team were working together smoothly and effortlessly like they have been doing these day in, day out????They are professional, punctual and very efficient in how they were doing their work???? My neighbour, on the day, was so impressed that he engaged these guys to remove some trees as well, which speaks pretty much for itself???? Hey guys, I just wanna say thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for helping my mum out, you guys are out doing her job today at Pindari drv, Mum has been through a lot in her life she’s very damaged from an emotionally abusive family , she has depression and Hoarding and anxiety mental health problems. Her Mum passed last year , which is a blessing in a way as she received some inheritance so she can start fixing up the house . We have also been working with the Special Access Team of the knox council to start helping mum go through the process of getting the house sorted, there a specialised team that specifically help people in mums position with mental health problems in the areas I mentioned. It breaks my heart seeing mum living like that in that house , I’ve tried to help her with it but I can’t because of the mental health issues. These guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had 2 huge conifer type trees removed back in January by Pro-Cut Tree Services and I can’t rest another day till I write this review! We found them at all times to be professional, friendly and so easy to deal with. From the first meeting of getting the quote - on time, no fuss and a competitive price - to the following week of having the trees removed. These guys are the ultimate experts in their field, they arrived on time and straight into it. We had put off having this job done due to worry - as these huge trees were on the fenceline between our garage and our neighbours carport. One would assume it’s a recipe for disaster - we needn’t have have worried, as there was absolutely no damage done whatsoever. The team came in and took the trees down safely, bit by bit - and the ground guys even asked what size we would like the pieces cut for our wood heater - nothing was too much trouble for them. They would’ve taken the whole lot away, had we not had use for the wood. They efficiently took care of the rest of the branches we wouldn’t use, and the whole job was completed in 2 hours. The area was left spotless. If you reading this review to help you decide whether or not to hire Pro-Cut Tree Services, let me assure you that these guys are the best! We engaged Pro Cut Tree Services in August 2018 to remove a large 25m gumtree on our property in Warranwood. Having been recommended PTSC by our neighbors, Ian (owner) came to visit the property and provided a detailed quote and talked through the tree felling process and our concerns. We felt PCTS were the right fit for us as not only was the quote was competitive but the planning was also top notch. Our concern was protecting bluestone flooring and stairs and PCTS was the only company who offered protection by laying plywood and carpet across all areas of the property that would be at risk of damage. Upon locking in the quote the team arrived promptly and commenced preparing the property from damage. They talked us through the morning's plan and the team of four (very friendly!) showcased their tree removal expertise - seriously these guys are talented! Within a couple of hours, the tree had been removed with all debris cleared and access areas cleaned. The final part of the puzzle was the stump grinding. Access was via a neighbors property and once again care was taken by laying both plastic and plywood on their property to avoid any damage. We only provide honest and non-bias reviews and these guys deserve to be praised for this job. Keep up the professionalism guys and we'll recommend you again. More...
