What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. Having been in small business I understand the challenges faced by owners. I also have life experience, and I will actually LISTEN to you. Unless we identify what is the real problem, then a real solution will be often difficult to find. I love helping people break out of their daily grind and start to see the bigger picture. I help them transition into the authentic version (best version) of themselves, and THAT is rewarding for me.
Often people become stuck in their lives, in their business. Removing the blockages is very powerful, and it's usually a revelation to my client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have held senior roles in other businesses, and I found my calling when I attended a self development course. I realised that I have the essential skills to help people. When I started, I found that I truly enjoy helping people.
Hence Part 3.... the next transitional stage of your life, from where you are right now to where you truly want it to be.

I relate with my clients. Listening is an art that many coaches do not quite understand. And I actually get on board with my clients... I join their team as a silent partner. I get in the trenches with them. I know many coaches who love to... talk. I believe more in listening and talking when I need to so that I understand the issues, the moments, the ups, and downs.

I can help in person within Sydney, over the phone or via video chat. Whatever is most convenient. Most of my clients prefer face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid is real. So the wearing of masks and the appropriate venue is discussed before any meeting is planned. I will ensure a Covid safe environment through the venue, masks and social distancing.
