We used outback smoke pit for my partners 30th birthday (he loves American bbq food) and they did a fantastic job ! The food was delivered hot and everyone absolutely loved it ! They’re so good to communicate with, very prompt and kept us up to date with how the cooks were going and gave us some awesome tips for when we do our own bbq food at home. Outback Beef Brisket.
5 - 7kg Beef Brisket cooked low n Slow for approximately 12 - 14 hours, its easy to understand why this is the favourite.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our goal is to bring the taste of the Outback, into your backyard! We also are flexible when it comes to flavour!
What do you love most about your job?
It's always been a passion of mine to BBQ, being brought up in the outback, with very little to do, BBQ was a big one for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Mostly Covid, I felt like people were getting frustrated at the situation of the pandemic, additionally I have this passion for bbqing, and so I decided I would strive to bring some form of joy amongst the pandemic.
Why should our clients choose you?
We all love our country, and we all love BBQ! Australia is renowned for having BBQs, so help me to put Australia on the map!
