We really enjoy helping businesses of all sizes increase their efficiencies, reduce wastage and grow. Our methods reduce the chaos and help people work smarter, not harder. Seeing the business owner feel they are in or back in control is extremely satisfying and their initial ambitions and visions for their product or service be realised.

The only way to appreciate the obstacles and challenges of what another business owner is going through is to do it yourself. After over 30 years working in large, global corporate companies I had the experiences and life lessons to take the leap of faith and start a small business.

I choose not to deliver as a typical consultant that just tells you what you already know and clocks off. I approach my work as I am part of the business, this means I adapt to you, not apply cookie cutter templates from a library and ensure you understand and own any outputs including any coaching to your team.

I can provide services online via email, Zoom video, MS Teams and utilise file sharing or Dropbox for exchanging information.

In the event of pandemic or other critical issues I ensure protocols are maintained for the safety of all my clients and their teams. I have experience in the food and beverage business so already understand best practice hygiene techniques and apply them to the way I operate.

Provide one-one or one-many coaching on practical methods of leadership in a candid and with real-life scenario's. Focus is on assisting leaders in setting standards, managing conflict and difficult situations including performance management.

Delivering internal audits across all functions to satisfy ISO certification or supplier requirements including safety, quality and environmental standards.

Development of cascading strategy, objectives goals and the associated kpi's and measures through the business. This assists effective target setting, with reliable and consistent processes that are easy to understand and maintain.

The creation of easy to read and understand policies, procedures, checklists, handbooks and other standard tools required to operate an effective and efficient business.
