Today I did my very first Western Sydney 70.3 Ironman. 6 months ago I took part in a One Body Swim Clinic. Prior to that 500m was a big swim to me. I sunk like a house brick. Today i did a personal best 35min swim which set me up for a great day. These guys really know there stuff. Big thank you to Dan and all the crew. would recomend these guys 100%. More...
