Life can feel like a roller coaster at times. You want to take charge of your life, but you don't know where to start. Panic, anxiety or numbness takes over your life, and you feel that no one understands you. You either get angry or shut down, neither of which help you get where you need to be. By working with me, you will gain greater understanding and awareness of your experiences and your emotions. I will help you be the driver of your life, together we will untangle the stuff that holds you back, keeps you stuck and feeling helpless.
I have been told that I am a compassionate and a sensitive Therapist. My philosophy in life is to make everyone feel empowered and safe. I will support you to get in touch with your emotions and will help you understand and transform your emotions and gain strategies to cope with and regulate these emotions effectively.
