I engaged Chanise as I needed a dietitian to help me figure out why I had extreme cravings for junk food all the time and always felt SO HUNGRY. She basically gave me life changing information. It’s been 4 months now and my appetite is completely regulated. So much so, that I lost weight just by following my bodies regulated appetite and no longer overeating from cravings. She is a star!!! Training with One Motion hasn't just increased my strength and broadened my nutritional knowledge, they've completely changed my lifestyle. I now have an amazing relationship with exercise, fitness and nutrition. Both coaches have helped me immensely and even when I moved from Australia to Central America, their online coaching was more than enough to keep me on track with such a huge environmental shift in my life. My recent change to a vegan diet wasn't a problem at all and Chanise has taught me so much about where I can alternatively get all my necessary nutrients to fuel myself for everyday life and training. My initial goals were to get a chin up (done) and become confident enough in my strength to do a handstand (also done!) I love their encouraging approach to goal setting as a positive; achieving a new skill and eventually attaining more reps (as opposed to my old goal setting of losing a certain amount of weight or looking a certain way)
I couldn't recommend One Motion more highly. Together their knowledge and insight is amazing and I can't wait to keep hitting my goals with their help!

I've recently started out training with oneMotion and love the detail and care taken in assisting my development. Having long term injuries from soccer, Daniel makes sure my program consists of exercises that will not put too much strain on those areas but allow me to build strength and mobility in these areas. My sisters and I have been training with Daniel for a few months and I can honestly say it’s the best decision we’ve made.

The programs are created just for you based off your physical assessment and your personal goals. Daniel has been motivational, inspiring and uplifting at each session and super flexible with us. Each session we’re left aching, laughing and feeling stronger!!!

I’ve felt a massive difference in my physical strength in such a short time. From never being able to do a chin up, I am now able to do a few thanks to One Motion training 💪🏾

Nutrition consultations will focus on providing you with insight into your nutrition and how it affects your health and wellbeing.

As a Dietitian I will assist you in managing nutritional related disorders and diseases such as weight loss, muscle building, IBS, eating disorders, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances and improve sports performance.

Your consult will be focused on helping you gain an understanding of your food consumption and how it affects your general health, sleep and mental wellbeing.

Your personal dietary intake will be analysed and discussed to provide you with guidance, advice and structure around your eating patterns.

You will have time to ask questions and voice any particular health concerns you have. In the case of health concerns, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations will be provided.

At the end of your consult you will receive a report with notes from the consult as well as recommendations and tips to follow.
